ISO audits passed as Fairgrieves continues commitment to effective management, environmental performance and health & safety

Fairgrieve Compression Moulding is delighted to have come through its latest ISO accreditation audits with flying colours – demonstrating a continuing commitment to meeting the highest standards of performance across all areas of the business.

The business is proud to boast three ISO accreditations, reflecting an ongoing commitment to effective management systems, environmental performance, and health, safety and wellbeing.

Managing Director Barry Davidson was delighted with the result of a two-day ‘surveillance audit’, carried out across all three accreditations, during the first week of February 2026.

It saw assessors take a sample view of processes, systems and policies across the business to ensure it is continuing to comply with ISO requirements, whilst also looking for evidence of continual improvement.

Fairgrieves emerged without any ‘non-conformities’ being highlighted across the firm’s three ISO accreditations (ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Health, Safety and Wellbeing Accreditation.)

‘Badges of honour’

“These ISO accreditations are badges of honour for any business as they are internationally recognised standards reflecting strong management and a commitment to continued quality and consistency. They reflect credible, trustworthy and professionally run and managed businesses, “said Mr Davidson.

“We commit a great deal of time across our team to ensuring we not only retain them, but do so with flying colours when assessors visit, not only because we know many of our potential customers look for suppliers meeting these demanding standards, but because as a business we have a focus on continuous improvement.

“Working towards maintaining these accreditations ensures we are always reviewing what we do, making changes and improving.

“We don’t ever let standards slip, whether that be the processes we have in place for ensuring the maintenance and safety of equipment used on our factory floor to constantly training staff in health and safety, making the mental health of our team a priority and always enhancing our processes when dealing with customers.”

Having passed their audit, Fairgrieves will now face a full three-year assessment of their accreditations in 2027.
