We work proudly alongside some of the biggest names from remarkable industries around the world.
At Fairgrieve Compression Moulding, the health and safety of our staff and community are at the core of our operations. We are pleased to announce that five of our dedicated team members have recently completed comprehensive First Aid, Defibrillator, and CPR training. Three candidates trained with HEADS (Hadrian Education and Development Services), while the others attended sessions with St John Ambulance.
This certification equips our staff with vital life-saving skills, enhancing both workplace safety and the well-being of those around us.
With the installation of a defibrillator on-site, our factory is now a registered location on the British Heart Foundation’s “The Circuit” network, a national defibrillator database designed to aid emergency services in saving lives during cardiac emergencies.
This not only reflects our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our employees but also allows us to play an active role in supporting the safety of our local community.
At Fairgrieves, we take pride in our proactive approach to health and safety, ensuring our team is prepared for unexpected emergencies. By investing in life-saving training, we are demonstrating our dedication to creating a safe, secure, and responsive workplace. We are proud of our staff’s initiative and the knowledge they’ve gained, which benefits everyone, both inside and outside of the factory.
Being part of “The Circuit” scheme allows Fairgrieves to be there when it matters most, reinforcing our commitment to not only our staff but to the broader community. We understand that in critical situations, every second counts, and having trained personnel alongside life-saving equipment could make all the difference.
As we continue to invest in safety and well-being, Fairgrieves remains dedicated to fostering a secure, supportive environment where our employees can thrive, knowing they are equipped to handle emergencies with confidence.
