We are delighted to announce that Fairgrieve Compression Moulding has been recommended for accreditation to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 subject to a final Technical Review by ISOQAR Auditing Body.
ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed and recognised standard for Environmental Management Systems designed to support organisations in identifying, managing, monitoring and controlling environmental processes whereas ISO 45001 is an internationally agreed and recognised standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems designed to support organisations to prevent work-related injury and ill-health and to provide safe and healthy workplaces.
As international standards, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 crosses geographic, political, economic, commercial and social boundaries. This sets a single benchmark for the management of the environment, occupational health and safety. As Fairgrieve operates and trades internationally, then we can be seen to work to standards which can simplify the business.

To enable this has meant developing new processes to meet the challenges of both standards. Whilst we are still awaiting final confirmation from ISOQAR’s technical body we are delighted with the recommendation and will be making a further statement in due course to celebrate this great achievement”.
