Barry Davidson steps into his new role with a rich background in manufacturing despite being a newcomer to compression moulding when he joined Fairgrieve. His extensive career in manufacturing, peppered with numerous leadership roles, including production and operations director positions, has equipped him with a versatile skill set and a visionary approach to business management.
